The "Sanhe" model with a laser welding machine is a basic multi-functional fiber laser all-in-one machine. It integrates three core functions: laser welding, laser cutting, and laser rust removal and cleaning. It does not have additional functions such as weld seam polishing or precise pulse welding. It is available in two versions: a 220V air-cooled portable model and a 380V water-cooled industrial model. The mainstream power ratings are 1000W/1500W/2000W/3000W. It comes with a swinging handheld welding gun, an automatic wire feeder, and a 7-inch touch screen. It is an entry-level model with good cost performance for the hardware, doors and windows, advertising, and retail industries.
It can complete fish-scale welding, butt welding, corner welding, lap welding, and gap filling welding repair by combining with wire feeding machines;
The air-cooled model can stabilize welding of 0.3–3mm thin plates, while the water-cooled model with 3000W can weld 5–8mm medium-thick plates;
The heat affected zone is small, and the workpiece is less likely to deform. The welding efficiency is 3–5 times that of argon arc welding, the weld seam is smooth, and the grinding process is reduced.
It is compatible with conventional metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy.
By replacing the special cutting nozzle and switching the system parameters, it can be used as an auxiliary processing function;
The maximum cutting thickness with air cooling is 3mm for carbon steel, and with water cooling it can cut 5–6mm for carbon steel. The cutting edge is smooth without slag residue, and it replaces small plasma cutting machines.
